Ariana Hernandez earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from San Jose State University. She then completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, specializing in Autism, at San Francisco State University.
Ariana has worked with a variety of speech and language disorders, including receptive and expressive language, phonology and articulation, social and pragmatic language, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience with diverse age groups, from infants and preschoolers to school-aged children, teenagers, and adults. In addition, Ariana has volunteered and worked with individuals with various disabilities, such as Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, developmental delays, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Ariana is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment where all children feel comfortable being themselves. Her goal is to help children improve their communication skills while also serving as an active ally and advocate for those requiring additional support. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys playing soccer, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family
