Michelle Pelkey has dedicated over two decades to Early Childhood Development, highlighting a Montessori background with 24 years of invaluable experience. Her professional journey was as a certified teacher at a distinguished Triple-accredited school, recognized by AMS (American Montessori Society), WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges), and CAIS (California Association of Independent Schools). The school also held a California Certified Green Business, aligning with Michelle’s commitment to sustainability.

In addition to being a teacher, Michelle was a mentor to interns, fostering professional growth, providing comprehensive feedback and guidance in goal setting. Beyond mentoring, she extended her support through tutoring, aiding students in grasping challenging concepts and attaining their educational goals.

Born and raised in the vibrant community of San Ramon, Michelle continues to reside in the very house she grew up in, rooted in her deep connection to her hometown. Her family includes three children, two of whom are currently in college while the youngest navigates high school.

Outside of her professional and familial endeavors, Michelle is drawn to the serenity of natural landscapes. Complementing her love for nature, she shares her adventures with a spirited 1-year-old golden retriever, enriching her life with boundless energy and affection.
